455 CRESCENT PARKING STRUCTURE Work on the 455 Crescent Garage located in Beverly Hills was recently completed. The project owner for this project is The Parking Authority of the City of Beverly Hills. The project consists of a 481 stall 3-Levels plus 1 podium deck which includes a helix ramp with 261,075 SF subterranean parking structure below Crescent Drive between North Santa Monica Blvd. and South Santa Monica Blvd. The new Parking Structure will be used by the highly anticipated Wallis Annenberg Cultural Center. PARKCO performed all of the structural concrete work for Matt Construction who was acting as the General Contractor for the owner.
Element LA Parking Structure Construction is underway on a 7 level cast in place post tension concrete Parking Structure. With 2 levels below grade 1 level at grade and 4 levels elevated which include 836 stalls and a total of 250,795 sq. ft. The Structure will serve the New Element LA Business Campus. Parkco Building Company is acting as the General Contractor and Structural Concrete Sub Contractor for this turnkey project.
Quality of Life 4 Design Build Parking Structure Work on the Quality of Life Design Build Parking Structure is being completed at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twenty-nine Palms California. Parkco Building Company was part of the Straub-Martin Harris team solely responsible for the turnkey Parking Structure which was a key component of the 150 million dollar project. The combined project was bestowed the One Million Hour Safety Award recently. The Parking Structure was a Turnkey Design Build Structure which has S-4 Occupancy, Cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned long-span. With 3 levels one on grade and two elevated with 537 stalls and a footprint of 333’ x 194’.
Biola University Parking Building 2 Work was recently completed for a new 5 level Design Build Parking Structure at Biola University. The “Biola University Parking Building 2″ will serve both student and faculty parking at the main campus located in La Mirada California. Parkco Building Company was the Design-Build General Contractor interfacing directly with Biola University staff on every aspect of the project. Our services included securing City Planning approval, ongoing budgeting, site and structure design development, plan check & permitting, and final construction of all elements of the parking structure and site improvements.
BIOLA UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY Construction of Talbot Hall for the School of Theology at Biola University is finished. The 4 story 31,284 sq. ft. classroom building, consisting of a basement, Mat foundation and Cast in place walls, which also included lightweight concrete on metal decks for the upper floors. This will be the new home for the Talbot School of Theology.
